Crabtree and her family, as well as offering to help.
Ms Crabtree is still working at Burger
King, although she now lives much closer to work. Her sons Matt and Bo Heid have families of their own and remain in the area.
In 2013 producers Louis Alvarez and Andrew Kolker returned to Pike County to check in on the Crabtree family and film a brief update, which can be viewed above.
Tammy has been very moved by
all the offers of help and wants everyone to know that she’s “still
out there fighting every day.”
The film's producers are
